The Valley Rock Foundation is dedicated to programs and projects that are interesting, creative, and imaginative. The Foundation has been inspired by our founder’s legacy at the 49 Ranch and summer camp in St. Helena, California.  We aim to provide depth, inspiration, and meaning to life through educational and faith-based initiatives.

Mr. Keith’s own philosophy is followed:  

We believe spiritual development is paramount and comes through living and practicing the philosophy of God first, Others second, and Myself third. Our approach focuses on character building achieved through God and prayer to enhance the mental health, the spiritual direction and the physical lives of those we serve.

Grants given by the Valley Rock Foundation are given by invitation only.  Donations are given and based on recommendations and all recipients are vetted for their fiduciary responsibility.
