The Valley Rock Foundation is dedicated to programs and projects that are interesting, creative, and imaginative. The Foundation has been inspired by our founder’s legacy at the 49 Ranch and summer camp in St. Helena, California.  We aim to provide depth, inspiration, and meaning to life through educational and faith-based initiatives.

Mr. Keith’s own philosophy is followed:  

We believe spiritual development is paramount and comes through living and practicing the philosophy of God first, Others second, and Myself third. Our approach focuses on character building achieved through God and prayer to enhance the mental health, the spiritual direction and the physical lives of those we serve.

We promote special qualities of educational and faith-based projects and seek to support the development of future leaders. We are particularly interested in those working within the fields of business, education, and healthcare.
